Please contact us in the first instance if you are not happy with the product you've received.
Missing Goods
For all Shipped orders, this will be carried out by Royal Mail, please allow 10-working days before reporting an item as missing. We ask this as the standard working time frame can be impacted due to COVID RELATED DELAYS.
Defective Products
All prints are thoroughly checked and inspected before packaged and shipped; BUT in the unlikely event the you have received a defective part, thesame returns policy will apply. All returned products will be inspected for the claimed defect, should this be confirmed by us a full refund will will be made.
Shipping Costs
When returning goods, it will be your responsibility to cover the costs of P&P. Tracked services are recommended as we will not be liable for damage and/or loss in transit. No refund will be given if the returned products are not received
Change of Mind
In the event a service is no longer required by yourselves, please inform us as soon as possible. If the component has already been despatched, then the item must be in its original state, uncomprismised packaging, failure of these terms will result in no refund. Postage costs will be incurred by yourself.
